Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 1, 2026 Last Updated: September 1, 2026
We ("we", "us", or "our") respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the Android applications published and operated by us through Google Play (collectively, "our Apps"), including Screen Mirroring - Cast to TV, Roku App, LiveEarth App, Find My Phone App, Cube Solver 3D - Cube Game, and Aura Rizz: AI Dating Assistant.
This Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared, retained, and protected when users interact with our Apps. Not every App published by us utilizes all of the features, permissions, or third-party SDKs described in this Policy. Actual data practices depend on the specific functionality and configuration of each App and how you interact with it.
1. Information We Collect
When you use our Apps, we or integrated third-party service providers may automatically collect certain device and usage information, including:
-
Device & Hardware Information: Device model, manufacturer, hardware specifications, operating system version, system language, screen resolution, and time zone.
-
Network & Connectivity: IP address, network carrier, network connection type (Wi-Fi/cellular), and browser type.
-
Identifiers: Android Advertising ID (GAID/AAID), IDFV/OAID (where applicable), and app-instance identifiers.
-
Usage & Interaction Data: App launch times, page views, session duration, feature usage logs, in-app interactions, crash logs, performance diagnostics, and error reports.
2. Information You Provide
Certain App features may allow or require you to provide information directly:
-
User Inputs & Content: Prompts and text inputs (e.g., chat queries generated in Aura Rizz), manual cube configurations (in Cube Solver 3D), or search keywords.
-
Customer Support & Communications: Information provided when you contact us for technical assistance, bug reports, or feedback via our contact email.
-
Surveys: Information submitted voluntarily through optional in-app feedback forms or surveys.
3. Device Permissions
Depending on the specific features of each App, we may request access to certain device permissions. Permissions are requested only when necessary to execute the relevant functionality:
|
Permission |
Applicable Functionality & Purpose |
|
Camera |
Used by Cube Solver 3D for scanning cube patterns, and other apps for scanning QR codes or camera-related input features. |
|
Location (Precise & Approximate) |
Used by Find My Phone and LiveEarth to provide real-time location tracking, earth camera mapping, and geographic features. |
|
Photos / Media / Storage |
Used by Screen Mirroring to select, render, and cast local media files (photos/videos) to connected displays. |
|
Nearby Devices / Wi-Fi / Local Network |
Used by Screen Mirroring and Roku App to discover, connect to, and stream content to DLNA/Chromecast-compatible smart TVs and devices on the local network. |
|
Notifications |
Used to deliver functional alerts, sound alarm notifications (e.g., Find My Phone alerts), and service/subscription updates. |
4. Local Processing, Data Transmission, and Storage
We prioritize on-device edge processing whenever technically feasible:
-
On-Device Local Processing: Features such as local screen mirroring protocols and cube-solving algorithms process your content and media entirely locally on your device without uploading it to our servers.
-
Data Transmission & Cloud Processing: Where cloud computation is strictly necessary (such as AI response generation for Aura Rizz or real-time map data streaming for LiveEarth), data is securely transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS) to dedicated service endpoints.
5. How We Use Information
We process collected information for legitimate business and operational purposes, including:
-
Providing, operating, maintaining, and improving our Apps and their features.
-
Fulfilling purchase and subscription functionalities via Google Play.
-
Responding to support inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.

7. Advertising and Personalized Ads
Some of our Apps display advertisements served by third-party advertising partners. These partners may utilize your Android Advertising ID, IP address, and interaction data to serve relevant ads, prevent ad fraud, control frequency capping, and analyze campaign efficacy.
-

9. Data Security, Retention, and Deletion
A. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure. All data transmissions between our Apps and external endpoints are secured using standard SSL/TLS encryption. However, please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
B. Data Retention
We retain collected information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Once data is no longer required, it is either securely erased or irreversibly anonymized. Data processed independently by integrated third-party SDKs is governed by their respective retention schedules.
C. Data Deletion and User Rights
You have full control over your personal data:

The right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
-
The right to restrict or object to the processing of your data.
-
The right to data portability.
-
The right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (via in-app privacy settings or device controls), without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
